 Retainer Packages

If you have consistent and ongoing work, our retainer packages are just the thing and represents great value!

One easy single cost per month covers all of our work. Making it simple for you  to budget and you only pay for the hours you use*.

Cost Hours
Basic Retainer:  $950 per month plus GST Up to 20 hours support per month
Premium Retainer: $2,750 per month plus GST Up to 60 hours support per month

Urgent Work

If you have work that you need us to complete urgently, and want us to prioritise you over all other work.  We can do that!

Just contact us directly and we will provide you with a quote and timeframe for the work.

The Not-So Fine Print

  • Printing & Postage costs will be added to your invoice if applicable, this will include printing and posting of invoices, quotes, invitations, letter of demand etc.  
  • Prepaid packages are to be paid prior to any work commencing and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Retainer packages are strictly 7 day payment terms. 3 month initial contract with one (1) month’s written notice and payment to cancel agreement. All cancelled Retainer packages must have all outstanding monies paid within 24 hours of the date of the written notice to cancel.
  • Invoices will incur a late payment fee based on your value of your contract.
  • Administration work is defined as something you would reasonably expect any EA/PA to be able to do.
  • Additional charges can be quoted for events, marketing, website, social media and project work.
  • We retain the right to refuse work as we see fit.
